We are currently hiring for a protected territory that includes Bloomington, Rochester, Albert Lea, and Mankato. 

Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you will operate a mobile industrial hardware store, providing high-end service and products to a broad range of industries. You will build your business by making face-to-face calls on cold to warm leads and providing inventory management services to your customers - cleaning, organizing and replenishing their industrial hardware and supplies. We invest in your success through training, mentoring and support.

Compensation

  • First-year salary supplement
  • Lucrative commissions structure
  • Multiple bonus opportunities each month
  • Additional 2-year expense supplement toward the cost of buying or leasing a mobile store

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to purchase or lease a vehicle (mobile store)
  • Must reside within territory
  • Outside industrial sales experience preferred
  • Proven history of goal attainment
  • Above average mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Clean driving history
