Customer Service / Collections Manager Job

Hi-Line, Inc. has an outstanding opportunity at our home office in Dallas for a Customer Service / Collections Manager Job in our Customer Accounting Department. The main focus of this position would be approving/releasing sales orders, managing collections for a set group of accounts, and providing customer service to our sales force/customers. This position is quite diverse and requires the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE / COLLECTIONS MANAGER JOB:

  1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  2. Three to five years’ collections and data entry experience, preferred.
  3. MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and 10-key by touch.
  4. Must be an energetic, intelligent, and quick learner in a fast past environment, with excellent numeric perception.
  5. Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills to resolve billing discrepancies.
  6. Uses diplomacy in executing policies/resolving issues with customers and Territory Managers.
