Hi-Line, Inc., a niche leader and essential U.S. distributor of industrial aftermarket products and services, seeks an energetic, experienced, and detail-oriented collections professional to help lead us in our future growth and development. This position will support the company’s collection efforts at our home office and national distribution center in the Dallas/Framer’s Branch area.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Effective communication between customers and account managers
A proven track record in the areas of soft collections
Previous experience in collections, sales, or call center environment preferred
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude in a cross-functional organization
Position Overview:

Ability to make inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Document actions taken on account in a concise manner
Evaluate, collect, and monitor accounts for collectability
