Sales Operations Analyst - Government & National Accounts

Hi-Line,Inc. I  Dallas, TX (On-Site) I Full-Time I  $55,000-$70,000/year
Hi-Line, Inc. is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst ($SSK-$70K, Dallas, on-site) to support our government contracts and national accounts programs. Advanced Excel required; direct exposure to GSA and cooperative contracting from day one.

Join a Growing Team That Supports National Partnerships

Hi-Line, Inc. is not a typical industrial distributor. For over 65 years, we have operated a fleet of fully stocked mobile store vans that bring industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products directly to our customers' doors. Our Territory Managers don't just deliver products; they walk the floor, manage on-site inventory bins, and keep production lines running with same-day, hands-on service that catalog and e-commerce distributors can't match. It's vendor-managed inventory the way it should work: personal, local, and immediate - backed by a national footprint.

Our Government & National Accounts department is the fastest-growing part of that story. We manage national commercial partnerships and government contract vehicles (GSA, OMNIA Partners, TXMAS, BuyBoard, and more) and support more than 100 Territory Managers across the country on government and national account opportunities. We're seeking a highly organized, analytical Sales Operations Analyst to help us scale it.
Reporting directly to the Director of National Accounts, you'll work hands-on with our government and national account customers - helping them get onboarded smoothly, keeping their contract pricing accurate, resolving issues before they become problems, and making sure every location they operate gets the same reliable Hi-Line experience. You'll be a familiar name and voice to the procurement teams, facility managers, and purchasing contacts who count on us every day.

If you enjoy analysis, project coordination, contract administration, and supporting high-impact business initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Customer & Sales Support
  • Conduct follow-up calls with prospects and national accounts.
  • Participate in sales calls and in-person sales meetings alongside the Director of National Accounts and Territory Managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate national account meetings, including logistics and materials.
  • Monitor procurement portals and bid platforms and flag relevant opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding of new national account customers.

  • Assist with product sourcing requests for national account programs.
  • Travel to customer sites, national account meetings, and industry events (approximately10-25%, including some overnight travel).

Contract Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain and organize government and cooperative contract documentation, renewals, and modifications.
  • Compile and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual contract reports; track administrative fees and rebate programs.
  • Audit orders for contract pricing and eligibility, and resolve discrepancies with accounting.

Sales Enablement & Operations
  • Maintain contract libraries, selling tools, pricing guides, and tracking systems for 100+
Territory Managers nationwide.
  • Communicate contract updates and program changes to the sales teams.
  • Assist with training for new sales team members.
  • Coordinate travel and meeting logistics and prepare materials for customer visits and events.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, business analysis, or project coordination.
  • Advanced Excel required - pivot tables and complex formulas including VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH; VEA/macro experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and experience using them to streamline reporting, documentation, and analysis is preferred.
  • Comfortable on the phone and in front of customers, with excellent written and verbal communication -this role includes live sales calls and in-person customer meetings, not just back-office work.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (approximately10-25%); valid driver's license required.
  • Experience with an ERP system and CRM/workflow tools (e.g., ClickUp); proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organization, accuracy, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with government contracts, cooperative purchasing, bids, or national accounts is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000-$70,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Comprehensive medical benefits package
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Direct mentorship from department leadership with real ownership from day one
  • Professional growth and advancement opportunities in a department we're actively building
  • Stable, growing company with over 65 years of success
  • Collaborative and team-oriented culture

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
