Can you collect with respect? Are you able to utilize your diplomacy skills to diffuse and resolve potential problems with your internal and external customers? Is it something you are so good at that it comes naturally for you? If your answer to these questions is “YES!”, you might have just found your future!
We are looking for a person with a multitude of skills that sets a new standard in going above and beyond. Someone who is “faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound” ….wait, wait, wait….we just got ahead of ourselves, but you get the idea of what and who we are looking for! We just get a little excited when it comes to looking for the person who will be providing service to our customers and sales representatives.
To be successful, while you don’t have to have the adjective “Super” in front of your name, you do need be able to maintain high standards of speed, quality and accuracy. Multitasking will be key to your success as well. Ideally, we would like to see you have a degree and 3-5 years’ experience in the collection world. Just like every job nowadays, please be a bit more than proficient in Office products and know 10-key by touch (no peeking!). You need to be organized and analytical and marry those skills with amazing interpersonal skills in order to resolve billing discrepancies and make people happy.
