Hi-Line is seeking individuals with franchise sales or similar recruiting experience to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Our Talent Acquisition Team recruits people who desire independence and the opportunity to make a great commission-based income by providing inventory management services to industrial customers. Hi-Line does not sell franchises. Instead, we give people the opportunity to own and operate their own mobile industrial hardware store (a specialized vehicle) while enjoying the security and benefits of working for a stable national company that has been in business since 1959.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will recruit sales candidates and guide them through our hiring and onboarding process. You will post ads on career sites and social media, seek referrals from Hi-Line team members and customers, and actively source and interview candidates for our open territories. You will partner with our Sales Management Team to identify qualified candidates and help them recognize whether or not our opportunity is right for them.
We are currently seeking to expand from 95 to 150 active territories within the next five years, so this is a great time to begin a long-term career as a Hi-Line Corporate Recruiter.
